Parenting Resources
Parents often ask me for book resources regarding parenting. This can be challenging because everyone has their own style of parenting. There is no right or wrong way to be a parent nor one book that will help us do it all. My personal philosophy is that we can always learn more about ourselves and our children and that learning comes in many forms. Learning new ways to do things and being open to change that improves the health and well-being of our children and ourselves is never wrong. So what ever path we are on, we can always learn more and work towards being stronger healthier people. Some books that have helped me think about my own parenting are listed bellow. I am also open to hearing what books have shaped you and helped you grow as a parent, so please share them with me.
